Japanese waterfall

This seems like kind of a yuppy thing, but I'm sure it has some kind of interesting application or potential that hasn't been fully realised yet.

Dutch museum

Something I stumbled upon is this:

The torture exhibit in some Dutch gallery hired a group of designers to make the exhibition more engaging for kids. I don't know if it worked, but I imagine it did.

Disney sex

spacer says:
my favourite image in disney ever
my "favourite" image in disney ever
is the ridiculous sex face that newly adult nala gives simba when she leans back in the grass. mindblowing that they went ahead with it and fucking wonderfully disgusting in its execution
i can actually imagine some animator adjusting himself as he draws the sexy lion

Roland says:
i can't remember it

spacer says:

Roland says:
one of my least favourite things about the world
is how many things there are that seemed designed to put you off sex forever
it's a fucking tightrope act

spacer says:
so true
maybe you've just never met a really sexy lion though

Roland says:
i just had a great idea
i'm going to draw
in paint
from memory
the image of nala getting sex ready

spacer says:

Roland says:
it's come out disappointingly accurate

spacer says:
love it
cant believe you were initially disappointed
its 'good' that you turned her into a penis

clean graffiti

This is one of those idea which is so simple and great that I love it and hate the guy who came up with it. It's graffiti where instead of painting onto the wall, he cleans the dirt off to make words.

Future phones

I've realised I'm a sucker for this sort of stuff, none of which I'll ever be able to afford.

Here are some phone concepts:

Enjoy them as I have enjoyed them.

big ink drawing

this link: will take you to this big ink drawing, as yet unfinished, by, I presume, Joakim Dahlqvist, since he is listed as the copyright holder. The quality has a real charm to it and it's so detailed. Check out the little piece of graffiti saying everyone who is here is from here, for example. Ok, enjoy your day.

cameras stolen

Regular readers of my blog, Carrie Anne I'm looking at you...and only you, know that I got my camera stolen in New York City. What I needed was this guide by Andrew McDonald on how to not get it stolen.

Not sure it would actually work, but it's funny. Here is a gif, courtesy of daily gif blog.
